Chevy Silverado trucks and Nike sneakers pull ahead of the competition in MRI’s January survey of the highest reader ad recall: The first ad, in the Jan. 15 Sports Illustrated, depicted a Silverado slogging through mud accompanied by the notation “Our Running Game Is Unbeatable.” It achieved a Noted ad score of 85 among survey respondents. In the Jan. 29 issue, the truck was seen navigating through a wintery street with a headline of “Picks Up The Tough Yards,” and had a Noted score of 80.

Jenny Hollander, most recently a senior editor at Bustle, has been named deputy editor, a newly created position for the site. Also moving into new positions are Cady Drell, who is now senior news and culture editor, Marina Liao, serving as fashion news editor, and Krystyna Chavez, who will be the brand’s social media editor.
