Meredith's Magnolia Journal Flaunts Over 700,000 Paid Subscribers
Keith Kelly reports: "Magnolia Journal, the joint venture between Meredith and the home-improvement TV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines is emerging as the hottest magazine launch in years. The third issue is slated to hit newsstands May 12 and Meredith will distribute 1 million copies — including 700,000 to subscribers who are paying $20 a year."

Sara Guaglione: "Time Inc.’s business magazine Fortune announced it is working with the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School to create online programs scheduled to launch this fall. They will be designed by UNC Executive Development department and taught by UNC Kenan-Flagler professors. Fortune content will be used in course materials for the programs."
