The MPA Research Committee meeting, will be held on Thursday, July 30th at MPA, 757 Third Avenue, NYC, from 9:00am to 10:30am in our boardroom. The focus of the meeting will be the new and ongoing data fusion efforts at GfK MRI that aim at integrating and assessing magazine media brand audience data with TV audience and other media audience data to gain further insights into media choices, lifestyles, attitudes, product usage, and other important concerns such as cross platform campaign performance. In TIME: On the morning of July 27, Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn welcomed Obama into Addis Ababa’s National Palace with the pomp and glory of an ancient empire that, unlike much of Africa, was not colonized by a European power until 1936. A large brass band, decked out in the red and green of the Ethiopian flag, played The Star-Spangled Banner and the Ethiopian national anthem as Obama and Desalegn stood at attention.
