Oprah Winfrey Celebrates O Magazine’s 15th Anniversary
A small group of photographers, editors and other creative types huddled around a large cardboard rectangle propped up on an easel, waiting for Oprah Winfrey to emerge from her green room, following a daylong shoot at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan, during which she posed for three covers of O, The Oprah Magazine.
Newsweek to Relaunch in Asia
The magazine is profitable again, and on Thursday it will relaunch a print edition in Asia, making it available around the world after limited returns to print in Europe and the U.S. last year.

Magazine Media 360°- New February 2015 Data Available
This new report, which uses data from leading third‐party providers, reveals a gross audience for magazine brands of 1.7 billion in February 2015 versus 1.5 billion in February 2014. The February performance continues to benefit from increased video and mobile web consumption, up 18.7% and 78.0%, respectively, over the same time period in 2014.

In Armchair General, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician Staff Sergeant Jeffrey M. Dawson and medic Sergeant Bryan C. Anderson were awarded Distinguished Service Crosses – the United States’ second-highest valor medal for Soldiers.  In a February 17, 2015 ceremony at Fort Benning, Georgia. U.S. Army Vice Chief of Staff, General Daniel B. Allyn, presented the medals to both Soldiers for their heroic actions while they were participating in the same October 5, 2013 mission in Afghanistan.
