Meredith Launches Allrecipes Magazine in Print
Meredith Corp. today launched a print magazine extension of its user-generated Allrecipes.com, deepening its commitment to the food category. The eponymous magazine will come out six times a year and have an initial rate base of 500,000.
Dwell Magazine Just Launched Its Online Store
But rather than acting as a link between buyer and seller, like most magazine publishers getting into e-commerce, Dwell Media is selling merchandise directly to the public; offering fans a handpicked selection of furniture and other home (and office) goods.

On October 30, the Runner's World International Shoe Summit was held in Rodale’s offices in New York City. Since 2006, this annual conference leading up to the NYC Marathon brings together editors and publishers from all 18 editions of Runner's World and representatives from the world's leading running shoe and gear manufacturers. This year boasted the best participation ever with representatives from the three latest RW international launches attending.
