An MPA analysis of Nielsen Online-supplied fourth quarter 2007 data from 320 online consumer magazines revealed that these websites averaged 67.5 million unique visitors monthly in the fourth quarter 2007—an 8.1% increase over the same period in 2006. The increase is more than three times the rate of growth for the U.S. Internet audience overall, which rose 2.4% in the fourth quarter.
