Josh Macht is executive vice president and group publisher of the Harvard Business Review Group. He oversees the growth of the Harvard Business Review brand around the world, including the website, press, and magazine divisions. Macht was originally recruited to the company as the executive director of Harvard Business Digital, where he grew the website from 250,000 to more than 5.5 million monthly visitors and championed HBR’s far-reaching social media strategy. Macht joined HBR from TIME magazine where he worked as the editor and general manager of TIME.com. He was also the magazine’s technology editor. Before that, he was a journalist at Inc. magazine where he became the editor and co-founder of Inc.com.
