Senior Vice President, In-Market Automotive Content, TEN: The Enthusiast Network
Born in St. Louis Missouri, Edward Loh grew up in Somis, California. In 1994, he graduated from Adolfo Camarillo High School and enrolled as a Dean's Scholar to the University of Southern California. In 1998, Loh graduated from USC with a degree in biological sciences and a minor in business. He then spent two years as a Teach for America high school science teacher before transitioning to automotive journalism in 2001.
Loh started as a freelance photographer for Import Racer! Magazine in Orange County, California and eventually became its Editor-in-Chief. In 2005, he moved to Road & Track Speed magazine before taking over as Editor-in-Chief of Sport Compact Car in 2006.
Loh then moved to Motor Trend in the spring of 2007 and was promoted to Executive Editor in 2010. In November of 2011, Loh was promoted to Editor-in-Chief, the position he currently holds. In early 2016, Loh was promoted to Senior Vice President, In-Market Automotive Content for The Enthusiast Network, and currently oversees Automobile, Motor Trend, and all new vehicle content creation for TEN.
In his time with TEN, Motor Trend and Automobile have grown to encompass more than just magazines, but vibrant websites, a flourishing video enterprise, a wide range of mobile apps, and huge followings on all of the major social media platforms.
